Product Development
Our product development process combines innovation, precision and collaboration to bring your vision to life. Our small, 3-person team of skilled engineers and craftsmen work closely with our customers to ensure that each piece meets their unique needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. From 3D computer design, through fabric and foam cutting to prototyping. It is only at this stage that the details are refined and customer feedback is incorporated.
The process of cutting fabrics and leathers
Precision cutting is key to achieving a perfect fit for every piece of furniture. Our advanced CNC machines allow us to cut materials with incredible accuracy. Whether it’s leather, foam or other materials, our CNC technology ensures clean, precise cuts that improve the overall quality and appearance of your furniture, and minimize waste.
Sewing
Sewing is the heart of our craft - a timeless skill that is becoming increasingly rare in today's world. This is where the final look of products is decided. In our company, we are proud to have a team of highly qualified and experienced employees at our disposal, in this very demanding profession. Equipped with modern sewing machines, we are able to satisfy even the most demanding customers.
3D lamination
This is an innovative method, little known in Europe, which we have been using for 5 years. It allows for permanent gluing of foam with fabric or natural leather. This gives us another possibility of arranging decorative surfaces. A wall panel, a bed headboard, or certain surfaces of upholstered furniture, obtaining an unusual look.
The solid construction of the chair is the basis on which we can then create eye-catching, comfortable to use and very durable products. Thanks to the use of adapted welding techniques and the use of high-quality steel, our guarantees a trouble-free further process of chair production. To meet the expectations of customers, we offer the possibility of powder coating of metal structures, giving many possibilities to designers.
Depending on the purpose of our product, we select the appropriate polyurethane foam (density and hardness are the basic criteria for their selection). This moment of the technological process is not visible to the recipient but has a huge impact on the comfort of the finished product.
This is the last stage of the technological process, which determines the final effect. A stage where there is no possibility of introducing machines, automatic machines or CNC robots. Here, the skills of the upholsterer are important. Our qualified employees meet our and the customer's expectations.
